Over the weekend, arete Australia came together with Kane Constructions at The Forum Melbourne to celebrate the year that was and a standout chapter in our story.
The evening marked a major milestone for our business as we celebrated 10 years of arete Australia, recognised the growth of our team and reflected on the achievements that continue to define who we are.
A highlight of the night was recognising 32 Victorian team members for tenure milestones, collectively representing 565 years of service. We also congratulated the Class of 2025 Kane and arete graduates stepping into the next stage of their careers. These achievements reflect the capability, culture and dedication of our people, and the foundation they continue to build for our future.
Once the formalities concluded, celebrations shifted to the dancefloor as Milly Joel, Lachy Hay and Cassidy le Creme brought the energy, classics and flare well into the night. It was a moment for our team to connect, reflect and enjoy time together beyond project delivery.
This event stands as an important annual moment, reminding us that our business is shaped not only by what we build, but by the people who build it with us.
