At arete, our quarterly meetings are about more than just sharing business updates. They are a chance for our team to come together, reflect on recent work, learn from one another and build stronger connections.
Last Friday, we did exactly that.
The afternoon began with a detailed project presentation on our exciting works at Ikon Park, where arete is delivering a state-of-the-art medical centre as part of the Carlton Football Club’s elite high-performance training precinct.
The development includes:

A new dual-level Medical Imaging building

CT, MRI, X-Ray and Ultrasound equipment

Mammography and Sonography facilities

Consulting suites, amenities and administration spaces

Specialised shielding and a new plant deck on the existing roof
With pre-season training already underway, the site visit offered a great opportunity to see progress in action.
To cap it off, the team swapped hard hats for putters and wrapped up the day with some light-hearted mini golf. A bit of competition, a lot of laughs and a great way to finish a productive afternoon.
We are heading into the next quarter energised and aligned.
