Matt is Joint General Manager of arete Australia and brings more than 20 years’ experience across the construction and fitout industry, including more than a decade with arete.
He has delivered complex projects across science and research, education, healthcare, aged care, government, commercial workplaces, hotels and hospitality, and other specialist environments.
Matt brings a practical, collaborative approach to leadership and is known for building strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and project teams. Drawing on broad experience across procurement models and delivery methodologies, he provides leadership from planning and design coordination through to construction and handover.
His focus on quality, clear communication and certainty of delivery has helped build a strong track record of successful projects and long-term client relationships.
As arete continues to grow its presence across Australia’s east coast, Matt plays an important role in supporting our people, strengthening client relationships and contributing to the continued growth of the business.
