Tristan is Joint Managing Director of Kane Constructions and plays a key leadership role across the broader business, including arete Australia. Since joining Kane in 2002, he has been closely involved in the growth and evolution of the business across its divisions.
With experience spanning project delivery, business development and executive leadership, Tristan brings a broad understanding of the construction industry and the commercial drivers behind successful projects, strong client relationships and sustainable growth.
Tristan’s focus is on the future of Kane and arete — identifying new opportunities, strengthening key relationships and ensuring the business continues to evolve in line with client needs and the wider market.
Closely connected to clients, consultants and industry partners, he plays an important role in shaping opportunities, positioning the business for growth and bringing together the right capability to support successful outcomes.
Tristan holds a Bachelor of Planning and Design, a Bachelor of Property and Construction and a Master of Business Administration from The University of Melbourne.
