arete Australia was engaged by the Chisholm Institute of TAFE to complete early contractor involvement then subsequently complete the refurbishment of their Trade Centre at the Dandenong Campus.
The Objective of the project was to consolidate and upgrade the delivery of the Trade Teaching units to provide consistent delivery of these services across Chisholm’s campuses.
The project scope included the refresh of Workshops and teaching area improvements within buildings K, L and U, The refurbishment of the building Y Staff Lounge, including kitchen and dinning space.
In addition to the internal refurbishments arete completed the demolition of the northern shed of building D to open up the scope of sight between the campus east and Trade Centre Precinct (TCP). The removal of vehicular traffic around the TCP assisted with this.
