Works included the introduction of Double Rooms to each lobby area, and the reconfiguration of existing and new accessible rooms to ensure full compliance with DDA standards. Additionally, the Level 10 Suites on the River View side were modified and upgraded, enhancing the guest experience.
Corridor and lift lobby refurbishments spanned Levels 1 through 10, featuring plasterboard repairs, new carpet, timber veneer panel installations, updated lighting, and other specified enhancements. arete Australia also managed the supply, delivery, and placement of all FF&E and joinery, ensuring a seamless and high-quality outcome for the Crowne Plaza Melbourne.
