We are pleased to announce that we have recently been appointed to complete the $1m design and build for illumina's new Melbourne office. Located on the 3rd floor on 535 Elizabeth Street, this 600SQM space benefits from stunning views on the Queen’s Victoria Market. To deliver this project we are working alongside our friends at FPPV Architects, WPS Services, McKenzie Group Consulting as well as Cushman & Wakefield.
The new offices are one of the numerous projects completed at the same address on Levels 3, 4 and 5 for the University of Melbourne. The new office will include a customer greetings room, three meeting rooms, 50+ workstations, a business centre, generous collaboration space and pantry with amenities facilities that emphasise a collaborative workspace environment alongside a panoramic outdoor area. This job is due for completion in November 2019.
