arete Victoria recently completed work on the new RMIT University Simulated Health Ward project. arete worked closely with RMIT University, Root Partnerships, Vincent Chrisp Architects and Waterman Group to deliver the new 52 bed nurse training facility.
Works included a state-of-the-art of hospital simulation ward, nursing labs, technical support areas, clinical preparation practice area, training bathroom and a simulation debrief area that are to be used for community and mental health scenarios.
The project was completed ahead of Semester 2 commencing, and teaching in the new space is already underway.
