arete Australia has completed the upgrade and refurbishment of the Narre Warren Police Station, delivering a modern, functional facility designed to support Victoria Police and the growing Casey community.
Delivered across two carefully staged phases, the project was planned to ensure uninterrupted police operations throughout construction. A temporary facility was established during the early works, allowing the station to remain fully operational while the main refurbishment was undertaken.
The completed upgrade includes a comprehensive reconfiguration of the existing two-storey building, improving internal layout, operational flow and staff functionality. Key upgrades include enhanced custody and prisoner processing areas, refurbished cells, additional interview and AVL rooms, and improved public-facing spaces.
Significant services upgrades were also delivered, including electrical, mechanical and hydraulic systems, alongside improvements to building compliance, accessibility and security infrastructure. External works have strengthened the building’s presence while improving durability and long-term performance.
This project reflects arete Australia’s continued focus on delivering considered, high-quality environments for essential services.
