arete Australia delivered a two-level Allied Health Medical Imaging Facility at IKON Park, transforming a former wet recovery area into a sophisticated medical imaging hub.
The facility includes MRI, CT, X-ray, mammography, ultrasound equipment, consulting suites, administration and reception areas, patient amenities, shielding and a plant deck.
Located within one of Australia's most recognised high-performance sports precincts and home to the Carlton Football Club, the new imaging facility not only supports elite athlete care but also serves the wider community by offering accessible, advanced healthcare services.
The project reached Practical Completion in April 2025.
