arete Australia was awarded the $1 million design and construction contract of Illumina’s new Melbourne office fitout, located on Level 3 of 535 Elizabeth Street. This 600sqm office space offers breathtaking views of the iconic Queen Victoria Market.
In collaboration with FPPV Architects, WPS Services, McKenzie Group Consulting, and Cushman & Wakefield, we successfully delivered a modern and functional workspace tailored to Illumina’s needs.
The new office features a welcoming customer greeting room, multiple meeting rooms, over 50 workstations, a business centre, and generous collaboration spaces. Additionally, the space includes a well-equipped pantry and amenities, creating a collaborative and comfortable work environment, complemented by a panoramic outdoor area.
The project reached Practical Completion in late 2019.
