Delivered within one of Victoria’s busiest public health facilities, the project involved the staged refurbishment of the hospital’s ground floor entrance, foyer and associated public and non-clinical spaces.

The works created a new primary entrance, reconfigured circulation and waiting areas, information desks, staff facilities, patient interview rooms and consulting spaces, supported by significant upgrades to fire, hydraulic, mechanical, electrical, security, communications and accessibility systems. Careful staging and temporary access arrangements allowed the hospital to remain fully operational throughout construction, with patient arrivals, emergency services and staff movements maintained at all times.

The new entrance and public spaces feature curved precast concrete, curved glazing, bespoke acoustic ceilings, timber finishes and integrated landscaping, creating a calmer and more welcoming environment for patients and visitors.

The project involved the adaptive reuse and transformation of an existing university building into a specialised research and teaching laboratory facility. Works included refurbishment and fitout of laboratory spaces, integration of new services infrastructure and upgrades to support contemporary research and education requirements.

Delivered within a live campus environment, the project required careful staging and coordination to minimise disruption to ongoing university operations. The project team worked closely with stakeholders to ensure the facility met the functional and technical requirements of end users while maintaining programme and quality outcomes.

The project involved the transformation of an existing commercial office building into a world-class fertility facility, integrating clinical consultation spaces, IVF laboratories and a licensed day hospital within a single, purpose-built environment.

Delivered across multiple levels within a constrained existing structure, the project required extensive structural modification and a complete upgrade of building services to support highly specialised laboratory and clinical functions. The delivery was underpinned by early and ongoing collaboration with clinicians, scientists and specialist consultants to ensure the facility supports precise workflows and stringent environmental control requirements.

Complex mechanical, electrical and ventilation systems were carefully coordinated and installed to meet the critical performance standards required for IVF laboratory environments.

The project involved the delivery of a specialised medical imaging facility within an existing building, incorporating MRI, CT and associated clinical support spaces.

Works were undertaken within a constrained site footprint, requiring careful coordination of demolition, structural modification and integration of complex building services to support imaging equipment and clinical operations.

The project team adopted a staged delivery approach to manage interfaces between construction activities and surrounding operational environments, ensuring safety and continuity of use. A strong focus on coordination and quality control ensured the successful installation and commissioning of highly technical equipment and services.
