arete Australia successfully completed the fitout of the newly constructed three-story building at 153 Foster Street, Dandenong, for Court Services Victoria.
The facility features high-end public waiting areas, courtrooms, offices, meeting rooms, secure child waiting zones, staff and public amenities, dedicated staff chambers, security rooms, and a holding room.
A key aspect of the project was the implementation of risk and security zoning across each floor, complemented by advanced security systems designed to control and manage public access. Additionally, arete installed separate lifts for custody and public use, ensuring safe and efficient movement throughout the building.
The project reached Practical Completion in mid-2023.
