arete Australia recently completed the fitout of the newly constructed three-story structure located at 153 Foster Street, Dandenong, designated for Court Services Victoria. Within this space are high-end public waiting areas, courtrooms, offices, meeting rooms, secure child waiting zones, staff and public amenities, dedicated staff chambers, security rooms, and a holding room.
A key focus of the project was the establishment of risk/security zoning on each floor. This zoning is be complemented by the integration of advanced security systems aimed at controlling and restricting public access. Additionally, we completed the installation of separate lifts designated for custody and public use, ensuring efficient and secure vertical transportation within the building.
